Workflow Enhancements

Enhancement 1.2 

In the new update, we have introduced checkbox field Auto Approve (Single user in role) on header tab of ‘Role’ window.  It will be only visible when Approve Own Document checkbox on Role Screen is unchecked (false). 

At the workflow node, if selected "Workflow InCharge" is of type "Role" or "MultiRole", and there is only one user in the Role or MultiRole, then at the time of approval, system will check if "Auto Approve (Single user in role)" is set as true at Role and the user who created the document is also the approver and is the only user in that Role or MultiRole selected at the approval node, then system will automatically approve the document and trigger further nodes if exists. In other cases, where document owner is not the approver, then system will trigger approval requests as per the configuration of the workflow.
