Correction in Print Formats: 

  1. Borang 8A -  In Column 1 (TARIKH MULA/BERHENTI KERJA (hhbbtttt))-Only Employee Joined and Terminated employee Data will be shown. 

  2. Borang 8B Form - In Column 1 (TARIKH MULA/BERHENTI KERJA (hhbbtttt))-Only Employee Joined and Terminated employee Data will be shown. 

  3. Borang 2 Form - In case of NRIC no we have to shown as dash but in case of passport no we need to remove the dashh from the fields 

  4. Borang CP39 Form – Correction in alignment and address. 

  5. CP21 Form - This form is only applicable for Non-Resident employee (Foreigner) 

  6. CP22A Form - Non-resident (foreigner) should be removed. CP22A is only applicable for Malaysian 

  7. Membership Report - --> Please apply the condition if the Employee religion is Islam-Baitulmal, will be shown, 0 value should be excluded from the report. 

  8. Form E - Need to remove blocks and add dots. 

  9. KWSP -In the 'Upah' column in KWSP Borang A, the gross amount should be rounded up to the nearest whole Ringgit.

 

  1. CP22 - B17 - Nature of employment - need to fetch from Work info > employee                     Category 

    Borang 8B - Date format is corrected. 

    Borang 2 - Position is Corrected.  

    SIP2A & SIP2A - In column 5 need to fetch Position 

    SIP2A & SIP2 - Sort Alphabetically

  2. Following print Issue resolved : 
    Form E - blocks removed

    CP22 - 1. Showing Extra comma in employee address – corrected
    2. Address 3 is not showing for employer – corrected
    3. B16 is relevant to Recruitment Module which is the duration of contract employment. Info not indicate in CP22. (Show End date from Employee work information) – corrected
