Document – Enhanced DMS Version 2.0.3.0

In this version VIENNA enhanced DMS User interface and provided new look and feel in DMS Form.  

Introduce below enhanced functionality in this version 

• Easy way of creating a folder/subfolder 

• Introduced  Breadcrumbs  

• Default Search 

• Document Grid View/List View 

• Documents Sorting 

• Navigation icon between Folder and Documents 

• Action Panel 

• Document Detail Section 

1. DMS SCREEN 

• Default Middle section of DMS will show folder "Mobile Upload" and the folders created by User, if user will further go into any folder then same section will show subfolder and documents.

• On the left side of DMS screen contains the folder section in which showing system generated and all the folder created by user and have view access on folders. 

 1.1      CREATE FOLDER/SUB FOLDER FROM MIDDLE PANNEL 

• In the new Enhancement we have added Plus(+) icon on the middle panel near every Folder/Sub-Folder. Now, User can directly create Folder/Sub Folder by clicking on the icon as shown below in the screenshot.

1.2 BREAD CRUMB FUNCTIONALITY 

• We have introduced Bread Crumb functionality in new enhancement. This shows the folder path between folder navigation where currently user sits on the DMS as shown below in the screenshot. 

1.3 DEFAULT SEARCH 

In the new enhancement we have Default Search, when user is on My DMS section then default search will search documents from "All Document" folder. When user is in any other folder then search document functionality will work as per selected folder. Search functionality allows user for searching the documents by name or the content in the document.  

1.4 NAVIGATION BETWEEN FOLDER/FILES 

Introduced  Folder/ Files button icon on the top for navigation between Folder and Files by clicking on Folder/ Files as shown below in red. 

• In the same way System will directly navigate user to the Folder section. 

1.5     VIEW DOCUMENT IN LIST VIEW/GRID VIEW  

 We have added view icon in the new Enhancement on the middle panel, so that User can view the documents in Grid View by clicking on the icon shown with red mark in below screenshot. 

In the Same way user can change the view to List View as shown below in the screenshot. 

1.6 SORTING DOCUMENT 

• We have enhanced functionality of Sorting Document in DMS. Now, user can sort the document in both  Grid View and List View. 

• User can sort documents in Grid View by click on Grid header column which include (Name., Document No., Last Updated, Owner) as shown below in the screenshot. 

• In the same way, user can sort document in the List View by Name, Document No., Last Updated and Owner  by clicking on the sorting icon as shown below in the screenshot. 

1.7      FOLDER ACTION --- THREE DOT ELLIPSES ICON 

• Introduced three dot ellipses icon with every folder in the middle panel. 

• After clicking on this icon, list of folder actions will appear as shown in the below screen shot. 

1.8 DOCUMENT ACTION --- THREE DOT ELLIPSES ICON 

Provided same three dot ellipses icon with the Document also. The icon available with document in both view list view and grid view. On click on this icon will display all document action as shown in below screen. 

1.9 DOCUMENT DETAIL SECTION 

• Document Detail section will be visible on select document from grid view or list view mode 

• User can also view detail section by clicking on Details action option appear on pop up opened from three dot ellipses icon. 

2.0 DOCUMENT PREVIEW 

• User can preview the document by double click on the document name or by clicking on the view document icon available on Details popup highlighted red in the below screenshot. 

• By clicking any of the above mentioned options  ( double click on Document name or click on View Document Icon) system will redirect user to Document Viewer in the browser tab as show in below pic.  

• In the left side of Document Viewer system will show all pages. User can view page in the middle section by click any respective page number.
