VIENNA is introducing new module for workflow creation and management, it has all the features which were available in window to configure workflow but also has graphical representation of it so that user can easily see what will be the flow of workflow with all information about it. With the Workflow Composer form, users now have access to a more intuitive and visually engaging interface for creating and managing their workflows in graphical representation. This shift from the previous tab-based setup to a more dynamic composer form will likely streamline the workflow creation and editing process, saving users time and effort.

Product Version and Dependency

This feature is supported by VIENNA Advantage Base Files(2.3.6.0), Vienna Advantage Framework(5.10.1.0),  and Workflow Composer(1.0.3.0). 

Features:

This form have all the features which are available on the window level some of them are listed below: 

• User can view all the existing workflows of Doc process, Doc Rule and  Doc Value Type. 

• User can search or filter the workflow. 

• User can create new workflow of Doc process, Doc Rule and  Doc Value Type. 

• User can create nodes, transition and conditions. 

• User can create workflow on both tenant and system level. 

• User can delete existing workflows. 

• User can delete the nodes, transitions and conditions. 

• User can edit existing workflow. 

• User can add new nodes, conditions and transitions in existing workflow. 

• User can view the whole workflow on graph where nodes, transitions and conditions shows. 

• User can do refresh and cache reset. 

• User can do the chat against any workflow record. 

• User can design view of graph by its own convenience by moving node, transitions. This way one can picturize the workflow. 

All the existing functionality and role safety security is working same as previously.
