On Budgeting Form: Previously system was calculating incorrect budget value with dimension for "Last Year Actual" on the basis of "Proportionate based on last year consumption". Now, the point has been resolved.
Previously when user downloading the excel "ledger" and "Parameter dimension" column data came with ID. Now the data in excel will come from "Value" field.
