Financial Report Enhancement-2.1.3.0

Enhancement Points

  1. Suppress Report line

    • Zero value before conditional formatting

    • Zero value after conditional formatting

  2. Ignore Suppress Report line having Zero Value

  3. Exclude column from formula calculation in Report Line

  4. Ignore column conditional formatting for specific Report Line

Suppress report line

Vienna Introduce two new column as a checkbox with the name "Suppress line (Zero value before conditional formatting)” and "Suppress line (Zero value after conditional formatting)”  On Report Header tab as mentioned in below image

When the user clicks on the field "Suppress Line (Zero value before conditional formatting)” then the system will automatically mark "Suppress line (Zero value after conditional formatting)" as false.

When the User will checked the checkbox “Suppress line (Zero value before conditional formatting)” then the system  will check all the rows where all columns contain ZERO value before conditional formatting applies on the report line and suppress all those line from the report.

When the User will checked the checkbox “Suppress line (Zero value after conditional formatting)" then the system will check all the rows where all columns contain ZERO value after conditional formatting applies on the report line and suppress all those line from the report.

Ignore "Suppress Report Line having Zero value"

Vienna Introduce new column as a checkbox with the name "Ignore Suppress line" on Report Line tab as mentioned in below image:

Ignore Suppress line checkbox on report line will work when "Suppress Line (Zero value before conditional formatting)” or "Suppress Line (Zero value after conditional formatting)" checkbox on report header is selected as true only.

When User want to show any report line where all the column contains Zero value then user can select the "Ignore Suppress Line" as true on report line, then system will ignore the setting "Suppress Line (Zero value before conditional formatting)” or "Suppress Line (Zero value after conditional formatting)" which is selected as true on report header.

Exclude Column from Report Line Formula Calculation

When the Report line is created with the Line type "Calculation" then system showed "Formula Grid". In Formula Grid,  Vienna introduce a new column as "Exclude for Column" whose reference type is Multi-serach.

In the Exclude for Column field, system will show all the report column.

When the User creating formula record and select any column value in the field "Exclude for Column" then the formula record will not be considered for selected column in the calculation.

Now User can create different formula for different column in same report line.

For ex:

 ➤ Column 1 = (Row 1 + Row 2) / 15.00

 ➤Column 2 = (Row 1 * 2.00) + Row 2

 ➤ Column 3= (Row 1 + Row 2)

 ➤ Column 4 = (Row 1 + Row 2) * 2.00 + 500.00

View Formula :

System provide the functionality to view formula calculation.

When User click on “View Formula”, system will open the View Formula popup where user can see formula for respective column based on defined formula setting.

Ignore Conditional Formatting in Specific Report line for Columns

Vienna introduce a new column as "Ignore Column Conditional Formatting" whose reference type is Multi-serach on Report Line. In the Ignore Column Conditional Formatting field, system will show all the report columns.

When the user selects any column in the Field : "Ignore Column Conditional Formatting",  system will not apply conditional formatting (if any applied on the selected column or columns) for the respective report line.
