Link Existing User

Introduction:

In this release, we have introduced a new action button to add users with contact details in the Business Partner window. The purpose of this enhancement is to streamline the process of adding users and their contact information, thereby improving user experience and efficiency within the system.

This enhancement's main objective is to provide users with a convenient way to Link users and their contact details directly from the Business Partner window.

Once user click on Link Existing User button from action panel system will open popup as shown in below image: 

Link User Popup allows users to easily identify and link unattached users to business partners.

This Popup will facilitate users in conveniently identifying and linking unattached users to business partners. Whenever a user is created in the User Management window, it will automatically appear in the "Link User" popup. 

With this enhancement, administrators can efficiently link existing users with business partners. Once a user is linked to a business partner, they will no longer be displayed in the "Link User" Popup, streamlining user selection and management processes. Additionally, users can link multiple users simultaneously at same time.
