User Manual - Product Sticker

Overview 

This document helps the users to understand the functionality and entire flow of  "Product Sticker" printing. By using this feature any sticker size or printer can be used.  

The user needs to download "VA Product Sticker" from the market. This module consists of "Product Sticker Setting" window and "Print Product Stickers" form. 

Product Sticker Setting 

This window is used to define the format for the stickers 

To open the Product Sticker Setting window, navigate to Menu> >Product Sticker >> Product Sticker Setting or search for Product Sticker Setting in search utility available in the menu itself. 

Product Sticker Header 

On "Product Sticker Header" tab, the user will do the setting as per the sticker size, so that all the data get accommodate within. 

Open

• Enter ''Name'' for Sticker setting for a unique entity, this name will be selected on "Print Product Stickers" form. 

• "Sticker Header" will be shown top of the Sticker. 

• Select the ''No. of Rows in Sticker"  from the drop down section. Based on this selection, the system allows to add the lines on "Product Sticker Line" tab. 

• ''No of Printing Columns (in sheet)'' indicate the totoal number of columns present on the sheet. 

• ''Height (in cm)'' indicates the height of the sticker, it must be greater than 1.00 cm. 

• ''Width (in cm)'' indicates the width of the sticker, it must be greater than 2.00 cm. 

• "Sticker Page Margin" indicate the margin from all the sides of the page, on which sticker is going to print. 

• ''Content Margin" indicates the margin between the content. 

• "Padding Between Two Sticker" indicates the space between the two or more stickers. 

• "Image" will print the left side of the sticker.

Product Sticker Line 

Open

• Select the "Table" value from the drop down. The system will show 5 tables in the drop down. 

  • Asset 

  • Product 

  • Product Category 

  • Product Price 

  • UOM Conversion 

• On "Column" field, the system will filter the data as per the selected table. 

• "Sequence" field is used to define the sequence for each record, data on the sticker will show according to this. 

• Select "Font Size" 

• "Show As Bar Code" indicates data of that record will be converted into a barcode.  

• "Bar Height (in mm)" indicates the height of the barcode. 

• "Padding Between Content" indicates the space between two values. 

The system does not allow to add more lines than the defined value on "No. of Rows in Sticker" field. 

When the record has table value selected as Assets, users are not allowed to create another record with a different table and vice versa. 

Product Sticker Form 

This form is used to print stickers. By using the same form, user can print sticker for Asset, Material Receipt, Product etc. 

To open the Product Sticker Setting window, navigate to Menu> >Product Sticker >> Product Sticker Form or search for Product Sticker Form in search utility available in the menu itself. 

• Select the "Sticker Setting" value from the dropdown. 

• User can print sticker by using one value at a time 

• In case of Shipment/ Material Receipt, the system will Generate the Sticker according to the number of lines and Quantity present on the respective document. 

• On selection of  Product, Asset and Product Category "Quantity" field will show. "Quantity" indicates the total number of sticker count that will print. Quantity must be greater than 0 

• On Selection of  Product "UOM" field will show
