Overview
This Document helps user to understand use of new option Show/Include NULL value in Role's record data access. Prior to this option system was using restricted approach same as Relation Database(oracle) for records access as it always include known(Not NULL) values in record access query. With this feature user has choice to include or exclude Unknown(NULL) records with other desired records for selected role.

How to Use
A new check box control is introduced in role data access dialog to save user choice with other existing options. Default behavior is same as existing working of role access dialog . If user want to show NULL values records with other access records then user need to select this option.
