Overview:
Earlier in our system we have option to save attachment or documents in DMS on Server where application is hosted or FTP location / Azure Blob Storage. Now in this release we support new feature OCI object storage (Oracle).
How to configure
To configure OCI Object Storage to save documents and attachment on OCI Object Storage, user need to go to Tenant Info tab of Tenant Screen, where user can find the dropdown "Save Attachment On" and among the options in the list, one has to select "OCI Object Storage" as shown in the image below.
Upon selecting, OCI Object Storage, field named as "Web Service URL" get display. As shown in below Image.
Here in this field one has to mention the full path till folder of OCI Object Storage, where user wish to upload attachments and documents from VA Application.
Once this configuration is done, if a user wants to upload any attachments from any screen, by default "OCI Object Storage" will be selected in the attachment dialog as shown in the image below and the documents selected will be uploaded to OCI Object Storage path defined on Tenant Info screen.
