Widget: Task and Appointment

Overview  

 The new dynamic home screen layout introduces an Task and Appointment widget, a combination widget that integrates the My Task, Task Assign and Appointment widgets into one, reducing the space occupied by these individual widgets.  

Product Version and Dependency  

This feature is supported by Market (3.1.12.0), Vienna Advantage Base files (2.4.1.0), Vienna Advantage  Framework (6.1.2.0) and Workspace(2.0.5.0).  

  

Task and Appointment Widget  

Task and Appointment widget appears in the Mosiac Library screen when modules are updated on the link. System automatically provides the access to admin roles.  

  

Steps to add Notification Widget on Home screen 

  • Login into the Onfinity with Admin role.  

  • Click on the Edit Home icon as shown in below screenshot:

  • System will open the widget library in left hand side where all the widgets according to the widget access to role. As shown in below screenshot:

  • Drag the Task And Appointment Widget to the home screen As shown in below screenshot:

 

  • To close the edit home click the cross icon shown in below screenshot:

 

  • Finally, Task and Notification widget is available on home screen. In action widgets system shows the no. Of records in the respective widget as shown below:

 

My Task 

In the My Task widget, the user can create new tasks and view all tasks assigned to them, either by themselves or by another user.  

 

  • User can open My Task widget by clicking on the My Task in the Task and Appointment widget. As shown in below screenshot:

  

  • User can view all its own Task as shown in below screenshot:

 

  • User can click on the filter icon Priority, Type and Status columns will show user can filter the data on the basis of these three columns.  

User can click on eye icon to filter the Tasks on the basis of Contact Search and Normal Search.  

As shown in below screenshot: 

  

  • User can click on Add new icon to create any new task. As shown in below screenshot: 

 

After click on Add new button user can fill the Task Details in different columns and click on Done button. By this task will get save and assigned to particular user. As shown in below screenshot:

 

  • User can perform different functions on this widget which are shown in below screenshot: 

 

  • User can view the total number of My Tasks in the My Task widget. 

  • User can edit any existing task by click on edit icon. 

  • User can refresh the My Task widget records by clicking on refresh icon.    

  • User can click on cross icon to close the widget.  

  

Task Assign

In the Task Assign widget, the user can assign new tasks and view all tasks assigned to other users by the logged-in user. 

 

  • User can open Task Assign widget by clicking on the Task Assign in the Task and Appointment widget. As shown in below screenshot:

 

  • User can view all its own tasks as shown in below screenshot:

Appointment 

In Appointment Widget user can see and approve or disapprove  its appointments.  

 

  • User can open Appointment widget by clicking on the Appointment in the Task and Appointment widget. As shown in below screenshot:

  • User can perform different functions on this widget which are shown in below screenshot: 

  • User can view the total number of Appointments in the Appointment widget.  

  • User can view its all the appointments. 

  • User can zoom to particular request by clicking on zoom across icon.  

  • User can disapprove appointment by clicking on cross icon. 

  • User can approve appointment by clicking on the tick green icon. 

  • User can switch the pages by using respective arrows. 

  • Use the cross icon to close the widget.
