Drawer Section

By clicking on Top right corner of app image-20241223-084132.png Drawer section will be opened, users can see below mentioned options.

Asset Search

By using asset search, user can search all the available assets. This functionality enhances productivity by streamlining the process of finding assets, ensuring that users have access to the information. User click Asset search button and type the name of the asset for searching and click on the asset name then it will redirect the user to the ‘Asset Details screen’ as shown in below screenshot:

Schedule History

User can check the history details of tasks by clicking on ‘Schedule History’, which will redirect the user to the history screen on which users can view the complete history of tasks, including completed, missed, suspended, and unexecuted ones as shown in the screenshot:

  • User can see the current month and last two-month buttons, by default, current month will be selected.

 

 

Document Search

App has the functionality to search for documents by various search parameters.

These parameters include the document number associated with the request, the type of service being provided, the current status of that service, the customer’s details, type of maintenance, specific asset, and the expected date. This comprehensive search functionality allows users to efficiently locate documents by narrowing down their search criteria.

  • As shown in above screenshot, user type 15 in the document number field and click on submit button. By clicking on submit button, requests whose number containing 15 show the list of the records.

Settings

In Settings screen user can see the selected Language for App and security type (None means security is not setup). By clicking on language, it will redirect the user to the mobile settings language screen and user can add the language according to the requirement. By clicking on ‘None’, it will redirect the user to ‘Security’ screen as shown in below screenshot:

  • User clicks on the ‘Security’ button, it will be highlighted as shown in the below screenshot. Next, the user can select the security option to add the security in the mobile application. There are two options available: Pin and Fingerprint. The user can click on the preferred option and proceed to set up the security feature, as shown in the below screenshot:

 

 

Permissions

By clicking on the Permissions option, users will be directed to the permissions screen, where they can allow specific permissions to the app. This includes essential permissions such as access to the camera and location services. By Providing these permissions enables the features that help the user for accessing the user's geographical information as shown in the below screenshot:

 

 

 

 

Logout

The log-out feature in the mobile application provides users with a secure way to exit their accounts, ensuring the protection of personal information, especially on public devices. This feature not only enhances security by preventing unauthorized access but also ensuring users that their data remains safe. Upon selecting the log-out option, the application terminates the user session, clearing any session-related data, and redirects users to the login screen as shown in the below screenshot:
