Recruitment module
1. Workforce Planning - Planning of resources for recruitment for a specific period. Templates are created for recruiting the manpower.
2. Vacancy Creation - Vacancies are created based upon workforce planning. Vacancies can be budgeted/non-budgeted.
3. Applicant Enrollment - Applicants can enroll and can apply for vacancies published.
4. Shortlisting - Shortlisting can be done from applied applicants and notifications are triggered to the applicants.
5. Selection Process - Interviews are scheduled for the applicants and notifications are sent on every change of the interview rounds and status of those interview rounds.
6. Offer Process - Offer is released to applicant on clearing the Final round.
7. Create Employee - Applicants are converted to employee automatically onboarding.
