1. Fixed some minor bugs.
2. Added functionality for Lead beside Business Partner so that if the caller or callee is Lead the call log can be shown in the History window of that Lead.
3. Added support for Postgre database.
4. Some performance enhancements in the code such as sending less queries to database.
