Release Notes

1. Enabled Void and Reactivate option on Requisition Document Action Pop-up.

1. Show Excluded field group info in Card view section on window (In right-side strip). 

2. Change the behaviour of show searched records: Searched records only retain when user go back from Single layout to Grid layout or Card layout via back button in tool bar shown below.  

System will always reload the data on click dedicated Multi-Row View (Toggle) and Card View icon (will not retain any search results if applicable any)

3. Other minor bug fixes 

1. Added new field (of type LOV) for Two Factor Authentication (Google Authenticator) on User Window (An existing feature of login with Google Authenticator will work now based on this setting) 

2. Existing field 2FA Enabled is obsolete now 

3. Message on password fields at login screen if caps lock is on 

4. Vienna Advantage has enhanced card view functionality for better use. To see the latest enhancements please click: Card View Enhancements  (Web view) 

5. Add Font Style for Font Images (Support on list control).

7. Changed card view data source.

Support Asset Sale functionality  

Shipment(Customer): Handled "Qty Entered cannot be greater than Asset Qty". 

Action performed during completion/Reversal of Shipment:  

Create an entry on Asset Disposal Details.  

Reduce the Qty and Value of Asset and add the Shipment Qty in Disposal Qty. 

Enter the shipment line reference on Asset > Disposal Detail Tab. 

Handle cases of Shipment Reversal for Sale of Assets and cases of parent and Component Assets. 

AR Invoice Line: Check that Qty Entered cannot be greater than Asset Qty. 

Action performed during the completion of Invoice:

In the Case of LIFO/FIFO, not set the Current Cost as ZERO when quantities go ZERO. 

GL Journal Line: On changing Trx Organization, the system will fetch or create a new Combination as per changed Trx Organization, so it allows to Trx Org to be changed on GL line. 

Apply Discount Process on Order and Invoice Window:  Fetched and compared version product Price Limit with Actual Price while applying a discount on Invoice and Purchase Order header. If the discounted price is less than the price Limit, the system will roll back the changes and return.

Apply Validation – System will show that User who is Login User Or selected Business partner on the user – Is Employee as TRUE
