Document of AI Chat Bot

Overview: 

We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest feature “AI Chat Bot” named AVA which is designed to enhance user experience and provide instant functional support. AI Chat Bot offering a range of benefits that will revolutionize the way you interact with our Vienna system. 

Pre-requisites:   

  • AI Chat Bot: 1.0.2.0 

 

How it Works: 

Step 1:  

Module Installation 

  • Log in as System Administrator role. 

  • Navigate to the Market section within the system. 

  • Search for the AI Chat Bot module. 

  • Click on the AI Chat Bot module and select "Install" button.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process

Select the checkbox(I have read these instructions carefully) and click on OK button. 

Select the System checkbox and click the Install button to begin the module installation. 

The user then needs to click the Re-Login button, which will refresh the page and navigate to the home screen. 

 

Once the user successfully installs the AI Chat Bot module, they will see the AI Chat search field on the home screen as shown in below image.

 

Step 2:  

After the module installation and the AI search field becomes visible, the user needs to click on the AI Search button. This will open the AI chat bot pop-up, allowing the user to ask questions and receive answers directly from the chat bot. 

Now users can type their queries or requests into the AI Chat search field on the home screen then click on chat send button. 

For example:  

Here, I have asked a question about the user's mobile number and email address, and the answer I am receiving is displayed in the image above. 

Features: 

  1. + New Chat: 

This feature allows users to start a new conversation with the AI Chat Bot, often useful for initiating a fresh interaction or switching topics without interrupting the current session. 

 

  1. Copy button: 

    This feature allows users to copy the chatbot's response or output, typically useful for saving information or sharing it elsewhere without manually typing it out.

 

  1. Thumbs Up & Thumbs down: 

    User can give their feedback by using thumbs up and thumbs down. This feedback helps improve the bot's performance by identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring more accurate and helpful responses in the future.

 

  1. Regenerate: 

    This feature enables the chatbot to regenerate a new response or suggestion based on the user's query. 

    Once the user clicks this icon it will regenerate a new response.

 

  1. History: 

    This section will maintain the history and allows users to view past interactions or conversations with the AI Chat Bot. This feature is useful for users to review previous discussions, revisit information shared earlier.

 

  1. Minimize button: 

    The minimize button allows users to temporarily hide the AI Chat Bot interface without closing the conversation. 

 

  1. Expand Button: 


    The expand button allows users to enlarge the AI Chat Bot interface to a full-screen view or a larger window. This feature enhances the user experience by providing more space for reading and interacting with the chat bot.

    This view make it easier to view lengthy responses, input detailed queries, or manage complex interactions.

  1. How to create Sales Order? 

  2. Please show me the steps how to create Sales Order? 

  3. How to create AR Invoice ? 

  4. Give me the Order Date, Customer Name and Grand amount of Sales Order no "50466" 

  5. Show me User "Username" mobile number. 

  6. Show me User "Username" mobile number and email address. 

  7. Give me list of customer with credit limit and credit used 

  8. What is the Credit Limit of customer "CustomerName". 

  9. Show me customer name (who used 50 % of their credit limit) and their credit used amount and credit limit 

  10. Show me all customer name and credit limit having credit limit is greater than $1000 and their credit used amount. 

  11. Show me all customer name and credit limit having credit limit is greater than $1000 

  12. Show me all open invoices which are not paid. 

  13. Provide me the detailed summary of Shipment No '500202'. 

  14. Show me User Dorian Mobile Number and image. 

  15. Show me "invoice number", "customer name" and "amount" those payment is pending? 

Note: To ensure effective and accurate responses from the AI Chat Bot, please use quotes around specific inputs such as document numbers, user names, etc. This helps the bot to clearly identify and process these inputs correctly, leading to more precise and relevant responses.
