Right Configurator forms allows you to create user, send invite, assign role and window access.   

Note that access information is cached and requires re-login or reset of cache. 

 

This form is divided in three parts 

  • Create/Invite User 

  • Role 

  • Groups 

 

Create/Invite User  

This section will show all active 'Login User' with  following information Name, Email and Image. You can also create user and Invite new user.

  1. 'Sort By' allow you to sort user record according to Name, Value or Email. 

  2. 'Search' allow you to search user record by Name, Value or Email. Inactive user also will show when searched. 

  3. 'Zoom' will redirect to you on user window, you can update respective record. 

  4. 'Active'will allow you to inactive/active selected record. Blue color denote active and grey color denotes inactive. 

  5. 'Add User' allow you to create new user and send the invitation. After clicking on this button you will get two options 'Create' and 'Invite User'.

Create: Data from this form will save on user window. If 'User ID' is left blank , system generate it automatically. User will be created in login organization.

User created from this option wouldn't be able to login, as role is not set. You have to assign role to created user manually, same will be explained later in this document.

Invite User: This option will send an email, email contain link for registration. Note that email configuration should be done on tenant window.

After  After successful registration, data will show on user window. User will be created in login organization with role selected at the time of user invitation.

Role 

This section will show all active role. You can also new role

    1. 'Search' allow you to search active role by its Name. 

    2. 'Zoom' will redirect to you on role window, you can update respective record. 

    3. 'Save' option allow you to assign/remove selected role with selected user. Selected user will be in blue color. Assigned role will be shown in bold. You can assign multiple role by clicking on checkbox. 

    4. 'New' allow you to create role, on click in this button 'Create Role' form will open. You can create role by entering name, also by clicking on 'Organization Access' button org access can be given.

    Data from 'Create Role' form will save on role window's 'role' tab and 'Organization Access' form will save data on 'Org Access' tab

    Groups  

    This section will show all active 'Group Rights' record, from here you can assign right group to any role.

    1. 'Add' allow you to create new right group, this will redirect to you on 'Right Group' window 

    2. 'Save' option allow you to assign/remove selected right group with selected role. Assigned group will be shown in bold. You can assign multiple group against single role. 

    3. 'Search' allow you to search active record by its Name. 

    4. 'Zoom' will redirect to you on right group window, you can update respective record. 

    5. 'Info' icon will open 'Group Info' form, this form will show name of window, process, from and workflow

    In this enhancement we have added a new feature on adding a new window in Right Group, its related processes and workflow & Forms will auto add in group processes, workflow & Form tab.

    1. After saving the Group, when we assign the Group to a Role, Role will have access to all component which were defined in the respective Group.

    1. Open "Right configurator" Form . 

    2. Add the New User or choose any existing user.

      1. Open "Right Group" window and add the new Group.

      1. Click on  "Group window" tab and add the new Record

        1. After adding  the  Record in Group window tab (Sales order), System will Add Sales order related Process, Workflow, Form in respective tabs.

        1. Open Right configurator Form  from the Menu and assign the same Group to the created Role and click on save.

        1. After assigning  the Group to the Role, by default  system will set window Access, Process Access, Form Access and Work Flow Access  of that Group  on Role window.
