COPY REPORT ENHANCEMENT
This section describes the enhancement of “Copy Report” at the “Report” tab.
For copying the existing report, the user has to click on the Copy icon at the Report Details header as shown below :

On clicking the copy report icon, the system will ask for the report name as shown below:

After entering Report Name and clicking on "OK", the system will copy the below-mentioned details from the existing report :

The following info message appears which shows the report has been copied:

Report Parameter tab detail will not copy. The user needs to manually define the parameter in the newly generated copied report and the user can do the respective changes if required in the copied report.

While copying the Report Lines or Report Columns, System will copy the records and corresponding settings such as Formatting or Calculation in ascending sequence of respective line or column.

Suppose a report have 3 columns, column 1, column 2, and column 3 in a respective sequence. Now suppose in a formatting or calculation of column 2, column 3 is used as a reference. While copying the column 2, system will skip the column 3 reference in the formatting or calculation defined on the column 2. User need to verify the formatting and calculation after copying the report lines or columns.
TYPE NOT INCLUDE ENHANCEMENT AT REPORT COLUMN SET

On selecting the Type Not Include at the column level ( Report Column Set), posted data saved with the selected dimension in the Fact _ Acct screen will not be included ( excluded ) in the generated report for the respective column.
For e.g.

Suppose in the generated report, “Activity” and "Project" dimension data are coming for the respective column (Previous Balance in the below screenshot) from the Fact_Acct screen.
Now when the user wants to exclude the Activity data then the user has to select “Activity” in the Type Not Include. After this setting, data related to the “Activity” dimension from the Fact_Acct screen will be excluded for the respective column.

”Account” dimension is not shown in the Type Not Include dropdown and currently, the system does not support "Org Trx" in Type not include.
CONDITIONAL FORMATTING ENHANCEMENT AT REPORT COLUMN SET

A new field of “Report Column” has been introduced in the Conditional Formatting section at the report column set tab as below :

Report Column shows all the active columns of the selected report . Now the user can select any of the column on which conditional formatting has to be applied. ( Previously the user could apply the conditional formatting on its own column only ) For e.g.
Suppose the user wants the Current Month Balance value to be 0.00 based on other column ( like Previous Month's Balance) then the user needs to apply the following condition in the Current Month Balance column as shown in the below screenshot :

In the above screenshot “Current Month Balance” will be set to 0.00 only if the Previous Balance has a 0.00 value for a particular row.
